ESEN
How we work · the Compliance Officers method

One method, five steps and a sign-off before anything is filed.

Every filing follows the same path: you take part in two steps, the consultant is accountable for the other three, and nothing leaves the office without Claudio Enrique Pita’s review.

Three commitments

In writing before you pay: what you need, under which rule and the estimated date.

Expert review before filing: every print and every detail.

Tracking until delivery: a notice at every status change and a tracked shipment.

The method, step by step

Who does what, at every step.

The example is an FBI background check with apostille; in due diligence, BOI or FOIA the authority and the documents change, not the order or the review.

What we do
What you receive
1

Intake

What you do

You write to us on WhatsApp or through the form and tell us which authority, in which country, needs the document.

What we do

We tell you what applies, what to send, under which rule and the estimated date, in writing and before you pay.

What you receive

The written proposal and, when you pay, your invoice.

2

Capture

What you do

You provide your details and documents and have your fingerprints taken: in Miami (LiveScan, FBI/FDLE), in Bogotá (LiveScan or ink FD-258 card) or in your city with the kit.

What we do

We book your appointment or send you the FD-258 card with the step-by-step guide, as a kit by courier or by email.

What you receive

Confirmation that we received everything we need.

3

Expert review

What you do

Nothing. If a print or a detail fails the review, we ask you to redo it before filing.

What we do

Claudio Enrique Pita, a forensic fingerprint examiner, checks that every print is readable and every detail is consistent.

What you receive

A notice that your file is ready to be filed.

4

Filing

What you do

Nothing: from here on, the filing is ours.

What we do

We file with the FBI through an FBI-approved channeler and, if you need it, the apostille with the Department of State; for other services, with FinCEN, the FOIA agency or the due diligence sources.

What you receive

A notice at every status change of your request.

5

Delivery and custody

What you do

You receive the document and confirm that it arrived.

What we do

We deliver the report as a PDF and the original by tracked courier. Your fingerprints and data are used only for the service you hired.

What you receive

The document, with the apostille if you ordered it, and the shipment’s tracking number.

Who handles your file

Four links in the chain, and two don’t depend on us.

You and we prepare the file; the authority decides it. That is why this page publishes no turnaround times: we give you the estimated date in writing in your proposal, before you pay.

You

You provide data, fingerprints and documents; you receive the result.

Compliance Officers

The consultant in charge and the team assisting you; no one outside your case.

FBI-approved channeler

For FBI records only: an FBI-approved third party that transmits the request; it is not part of the firm.

Deciding agency

FBI · Department of State · FinCEN. A third party, which is why we do not promise turnaround times.

Depends on us

The written proposal, the appointment or the kit, the expert review, the filing, the tracking and the tracked delivery.

Depends on the authority

FBI processing, the Department of State apostille and the response from FinCEN or the FOIA agency, on their own timelines.

During the process

What to know before you start.

Payment and invoice

Payment in USD by card, bank transfer or Zelle, with an invoice issued for every payment. FBI background checks can also be paid online from the FBI report page.

Who answers you

The team replies by WhatsApp, phone or email within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Miami time (ET), in English or Spanish.

If something goes wrong

If the FBI rejects the fingerprints, a LiveScan retake is free with the FBI’s rejection letter; with an FD-258 card, a resubmission fee applies and is stated in your proposal.

Confidentiality and custody

Your data and fingerprints are used only for the service you hired; documents are handled by the consultant in charge and always travel with a tracking number.

Turnaround times

We don’t publish turnaround times because they depend on the authority. We give you your case’s estimated date in writing, before you pay, and let you know if it changes.

What we are not

We are not the FBI or part of the U.S. Government. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal or immigration advice.
